AdventHealth Palm Coast is seeking StaffFlex RN assignments in a PRN capacity. You will join a mission-driven team providing high-quality patient care across facilities, with the flexibility to travel within our system.

Schedule: 36 hours per week. Pay: $57.75 per hour. Florida RN license and BLS required; ACLS/PALS/TNCC preferred. Benefits start from day one, including medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, 403(b), parental leave, and development resources.

Formación

• Must be fluent in English (read, verbal and written skills).
• 2 years of nursing experience in an acute hospital setting.
• Basic computer skills—navigate Microsoft Windows-based programs.
• RN license (Registered Nurse) required; BLS CPR required.

Responsabilidades

• Demonstrates critical thinking appropriate to patient's level of care.
• Collects and documents patient health data systematically and timely.
• Conducts ongoing assessments and develops individualized care plans.
• Implements interventions safely, timely, and according to plan of care, documenting actions.
• Collaborates to promote timely patient placement per hospital policy.
