Job summary

AdventHealth is seeking a PRN Day shift RN to join its StaffFlex program. This role supports flexible contract assignments across multiple units while delivering high-quality patient care and maintaining the mission of AdventHealth.

Requirements include an Associate's degree in Nursing, active RN license, BLS, and experience in a hospital setting. The job offers competitive pay and opportunities to convert to permanent staff within the system.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Nursing required.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred.
• Current RN license in good standing required.
• BLS certification required; ACLS/PALS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates critical thinking appropriate to patient care level.
• Collects and documents patient health data timely.
• Assesses patients, analyzes data and plans care to align with goals.
• Implements interventions from the care plan safely and timely.
• Collaborates on patient placement and transfers per hospital policy.
