Job summary

AdventHealth StaffFlex nurses are valued team members who can work contract assignments at one facility or float across multiple hospitals in 9 states. This RN role emphasizes flexible scheduling, consistent hours, and the opportunity to travel while supporting the AdventHealth mission.

Shifts are Day, Schedule: PRN, with 40 hours per week and pay of $52.04/hr for eligible assignments. Advancement to permanent staff is possible within our system.

Qualifications

• Associate degree is required.
• Bachelor's of Nursing preferred.
• Diploma Nursing preferred.
• Master's of Nursing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Completes initial evaluations for transitions of care within one day of admission.
• Reviews labs, medications, history and physicals to inform care plans.
• Documents progress and communicates with the multidisciplinary team.
