AdventHealth StaffFlex nurses are valued team members offering contract assignments across facilities within our system. This role provides the flexibility to work in multiple units or hospitals while upholding our mission to extend the healing ministry of Christ.

The position supports patients in acute hospital settings, with opportunities to convert to permanent staff and participate in quality and safety initiatives. Florida-based facilities welcome skilled RNs with strong clinical abilities.

Formación

• Must be able to use high level abstract reasoning to assess patient care and revise plans.
• Basic computer skills; navigate Windows-based programs.
• Must be fluent in English (read, verbal and written).
• RN licensure required per state regulations.

Responsabilidades

• Demonstrates critical thinking for patient care.
• Document patient health data accurately and timely.
• Assess patients and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Ensure safe handoffs and communication among staff.
