The Registered Nurse (RN) at Chamberlain Medical Center, operated by Solutions By Sanford, provides individualized nursing care across the continuum. The role collaborates with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to plan, implement, and evaluate care for patients of all ages.

Qualifications

• Hold an unencumbered RN license in the state of practice.
• Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care using the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, evaluation).
• Collaborate with physicians and inter-professional colleagues to plan, implement and evaluate care.
• Coordinate patient education, triage, and other nursing interventions.
• Demonstrate competency within scope of nursing practice per state rules.
