Job summary

Solutions By Sanford is seeking experienced Registered Nurses for travel assignments at Sanford facilities in Fargo, ND. Contracts are 14 weeks with extension options, and weekly pay includes stipends.

Current RN licensure and nursing degree requirements apply, with benefits eligibility for full-time or part-time staff. The RN will provide patient care using the nursing process, collaborate with physicians, and maintain competencies across the full scope of nursing practice in diverse clinical

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
• Bachelor's Degree in nursing preferred.
• Current unencumbered RN license with state board or multistate licensure if in an NLC state.
• Obtains and maintains required department competencies and certifications.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, evaluation) to provide individualized patient care.
• Collaborate with physicians and inter-professional colleagues to plan, implement and evaluate care.
• Provide nursing care within the full scope of practice and population standards as designated by licensure and setting.
• Plan and coordinate patient care, assessment, education, triage, and other nursing interventions.
• Operate within the Nurse Practice Act and state administrative rules governing practice.
