Solutions By Sanford is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for travel assignments at Sanford Med Ctr Fargo in Fargo, ND. The role emphasizes comprehensive nursing care, collaboration with medical staff, and patient education across care settings.

Contracts are 14 weeks with option to extend or move to another Sanford site. Travel experience and a valid RN license are required; weekly pay and Sanford benefits are included where eligible.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program; Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred.
• Currently holds an unencumbered RN license in the state of practice and/or multistate licensure if in an NLC state.
• At least one year of nursing experience; travel experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care using the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation).
• Collaborate with physicians and inter-professional team to plan and evaluate care.
• Perform patient education, triage, and various nursing interventions.
