Responsibilities

• 13-week contract assignment.
• Night shift schedule, 19:00-07:30.
• Uses Epic for charting.
• Coordinate care for a group of patients including direct care and supervision of LPNs and nonprofessional staff.
• Responsible for full nursing process: assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
• Collaborate with other disciplines to ensure effective patient care delivery.
• Reports to the Nurse Manager/Director.
• Flu vaccine required with no religious or medical exemptions allowed.
• Local candidates within 60 miles of Boston at reduced rate.
• RTO must be disclosed at time of consideration.
