American Traveler, LLC is seeking a Med/Surg RN for a night shift in Oklahoma. Requires at least 1 year of Med/Surg experience and current BLS/ACLS.

Active RN license (OK state or Compact) is required for submission. This travel role offers housing assistance and travel reimbursements, along with competitive pay.

Qualifikationen

• Current BLS and ACLS certifications required.
• Minimum 1 year of Med/Surg nursing experience required.
• Epic charting experience preferred.
• Charge nurse experience preferred.
• Teaching hospital and community hospital experience preferred.

Aufgaben

• Medical Surgical unit in a hospital setting
• 1:6 patient ratio
• Night shift schedule, 3x12 hours (18:45-7:15)
• Uses Epic for charting
• Weekend work required
• Floating required to like units within scope as needed
• Skills may include IV therapy, phlebotomy, central line care, blood product administration, and PICC line management
• Respiratory care skills such as BiPAP/CPAP, oxygen administration, and tracheostomy care may be required
• Experience with cardiac monitoring, dysrhythmia management, and rapid response/code teams preferred
• Wound care and wound vac management skills preferred
• Must reside more than 75 miles from the facility to be eligible for the travel position
• First-time travelers will be considered for this role
• Former employees must have a 1-year break in service before returning as a traveler
• No more than 3 days of RTO will be auto-approved, and no RTO is permitted during the first week of orientation
