Qualifications

• Licensed LVN in the state of practice.
• Minimum of 2 years nursing experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.
• Able to work 12-hour shifts.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high-quality clinical outcomes and resident/family satisfaction during shift.
• Serve as a resource to staff regarding the quality of services.
• Provide direct resident care and administer medications per policy.
• Manage nursing personnel on shift to limit overtime.
• Assess staff performance against unit standards.
• Conduct regular shift meetings and update DON.
