Job summary

TotalMed RN is seeking a travel nurse RN for Long Term Care (LTC) in Garrison, North Dakota. This 13-week assignment requires 36 hours per week, 12-hour day shifts, as a Travel RN. Start date 09/21/2026.

Ideal candidates will have 1 year of LTC/SNF experience, current BLS, and be eligible for state licensure. Benefits and competitive pay included. Responsibilities include assessments, care planning, medication administration, supervision of CNAs/LPNs, wound and catheter care, and coordination

Qualifications

• 1 year of RN experience in Long-Term Care (LTC) or SNF.
• Current BLS certification and eligibility for state licensure.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive nursing assessments and develop care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor residents and report changes promptly.
• Supervise CNAs and LPNs in daily care activities.
• Provide wound care, catheter care, and other skilled procedures.
• Coordinate care with physicians, therapists, and social workers.
