Qualifications

• Active RN license or active LPN license.
• Degree from an accredited nursing program.
• BLS certification.
• Eighteen months of recent Long-Term Care experience.
• Other requirements determined by the facility.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care for long-term residents in LTC settings.
• Perform routine treatments and monitor vital signs.
• Administer medications and document administration accurately.
• Assess changes in health status and report to the care team.
• Maintain meticulous documentation to ensure continuity of care.
