Job summary

American Traveler is hiring an RN for a Long Term Care/Skilled Nursing Facility position in Garrison, North Dakota. Requires an ND state or compact license and 2+ years LTC experience, on a 26-week contract with 12-hour day shifts.

You will work in a 26-bed LTC facility with nurse-to-patient ratios of 1:10 by day and no telemetry. Compensation includes $2,110 weekly pay, lodging and meals stipends, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Active ND state or Compact RN license required.
• BLS certification required.
• Minimum 2 years LTC experience required.
• Two professional references: one supervisor within last 12 months and one from last 3 years.

Responsibilities

• Charge nurse duties, med administration, and wound care.
• No IVs, titratable drips, or telemetry on unit.
• Document care and coordinate with DON and physicians as needed.
