Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse (RN) for a 26-week travel assignment in Larimore, North Dakota. The LTC RN will provide skilled nursing care in a long-term care setting, follow care plans, administer medications, and collaborate with a mobile clinical team.

Compensation includes weekly pay of $1,104 to $1,269, benefits package, first-day insurance, and ongoing support from a dedicated recruiter. Start date ASAP with 3 days x 12-hour shifts, 26 weeks duration.

Qualifications

• One year of recent experience as an RN in a long-term care setting.
• Valid RN license in compliance with state regulations
• Current BLS (AHA/ARC) or CPR certification

Responsibilities

• Assess patient health, monitor for changes, and take appropriate action.
• Develop and update personalized care plans with residents and care team.
• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately.
• Observe for adverse reactions and report to provider.
• Provide wound care, IV therapy, catheter management, and other skilled procedures.
• Supervise and support LPNs and CNAs; delegate as needed.
• Educate residents and families on meds and managing conditions.
• Document care and resident progress in a timely manner.
• Respond to emergencies and coordinate with medical teams.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other professionals for coordinated care.
• Perform additional duties within scope of practice.
• Adhere to safety, infection control, and regulatory standards
