Qualifications

• 3 months of experience in Long Term Care required; 6 months preferred.
• Drug screen and background check required.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care using the nursing process.
• Coordinate care with residents, families and interdisciplinary team.
• Assess, diagnose, plan, implement and evaluate resident care.
