Job summary
American Traveler is seeking an RN for a Long Term Care position in South Dakota. The role requires an SD or compact RN license and prior long term care experience. You will work night shifts (3x12, 36 hours weekly) with alternating weekends and holidays, and no on-call duties.
Benefits include competitive pay, insurance options, housing allowances, travel and licensure reimbursements, and per diem support for travel assignments. Prior employees of Avera or Sanford are not eligible to apply.
Qualifications
- Active SD or compact RN license in hand.
- Current BLS certification required.
- Long term care/nursing home experience required.
- No prior Avera or Sanford permanent employees may apply.
Responsibilities
- Work in a long term care/nursing home setting.
- Night shift schedule: 3x12 hour shifts, 36 hours per week.
- Every other weekend and every other holiday rotation.
- No on-call responsibilities.
- Provide nursing care within a long term care environment.
- Blocked scheduling and specific scheduling requests are not permitted.
