Job summary

GHR Healthcare seeks a Registered Nurse (RN) for a 13‑week travel assignment in Spring Grove, MN. You will provide compassionate long‑term care in a 43‑bed facility and clinic, with 40–48 hours per week on evening/night shifts and no on‑call requirements.

The role requires MN RN licensure, 2+ years of RN experience (1 in LTC), and BLS. COVID vaccine is required; travel duties may include float to nearby locations.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in Minnesota.
• At least 2 years RN experience, including ≥1 year in long-term care.
• Current American Heart Association BLS certification.
• Associate degree or nursing certificate.
• Experience in long-term care, geriatric nursing, and medication administration.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, compassionate nursing care to long‑term care residents.
• Administer medications and treatments per care plans.
• Monitor resident conditions and communicate changes promptly.
• Complete accurate clinical documentation and handoff reports.
