Qualifications

• One year of recent experience as an RN in a long-term care setting.
• Valid RN license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS (AHA/ARC) or CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient health, monitor for changes, and take action to ensure well-being.
• Develop and update personalized care plans with residents, families, and care team.
• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately.
• Supervise and support LPNs and CNAs, delegating as needed for quality care.
• Educate residents and families on medications and chronic condition management.
• Document care and resident progress in a timely manner.
