Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing-Long Term Care is seeking a travel nurse RN Long Term Care for a 12-week travel assignment in Flandreau, SD. The position requires a valid RN license, BLS/CPR, and prior LTC experience.

You will work 40 hours per week on nights in a facility setting, delivering skilled nursing care, supervising staff, and coordinating with the healthcare team to ensure resident well-being and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• One year of recent RN experience in a long-term care setting.
• Current RN license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS (AHA/ARC) or CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient health and monitor for changes; take appropriate action.
• Develop and implement personalized care plans with residents and families.
• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately.
• Observe for adverse reactions and report concerns.
• Provide skilled treatments including wound care, IV therapy, and catheter care.
