Requirements

• Active CA RN license required
• BLS certification required
• BSN required, with a master's degree in Nursing, Health Administration, or Business Administration preferred
• Case Management certification (CCM or ACM) preferred
• Minimum 5 years of experience in an acute healthcare setting required
• Minimum 5 years of progressively responsible leadership/administrative experience in Case Management, Care Coordination, Utilization Management, or a closely related function required
• Demonstrated experience leading interdisciplinary clinical/operational programs, staff, performance improvement, and regulatory or accreditation readiness required
• Advanced knowledge of case management, care coordination, utilization management, discharge planning, patient progression, and transitions of care in an acute-care environment required

Responsibilities
