Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing-Nursing seeks a Labor and Delivery RN for a 13-week travel assignment in Seattle, WA. Start 10/19/2026; 36 hours/week, 12-hour nights. Travel employment with competitive pay and comprehensive benefits.

Must have L&D experience and active RN license in WA with BLS; NRP certification preferred. Join a dedicated clinical team providing high-quality obstetric care, with opportunities to collaborate with obstetricians, neonatologists, and anesthesia colleagues.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of recent Labor and Delivery RN experience.
• Current RN license in good standing (Washington).
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).
• NRP certification (preferred).
• ACLS/STABLE and other certifications are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct obstetric care to laboring patients and newborns.
• Monitor maternal and fetal status and administer prescribed medications.
• Assist during labor, delivery, and cesarean/obstetric procedures as needed.
• Educate patients and families on postpartum care, breastfeeding, and newborn care.
• Document care and collaborate with obstetricians, anesthesiologists, and neonatologists.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to improve outcomes.
