Job summary

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Labor & Delivery position in Michigan. Must hold an active Michigan RN license and have Level 1 L&D experience with at least 2 years in the related units.

This 12-hour night shift assignment is at a 288-bed tertiary teaching hospital with Level II trauma capabilities. Local traveler status applies within 35 miles, reducing travel pay by 10%. First-time travelers are not considered.

Qualifications

Active Michigan RN license required
Minimum 2 years in Labor, Delivery, Postpartum, and Nursery with Level 1 experience
Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NRP, STABLE, AWHONN

Responsibilities

Care for labor, delivery, postpartum, and nursery patients
Night shift schedule (12-hour shifts)
Every other weekend
No on-call requirements
Must reside within 35 miles for local traveler status (reduces travel pay by 10%)
No special schedule requests
First-time travelers not considered
Maximum of 5 days RTO; >7 days or >50% holidays may delay processing
