Job summary

TotalMed RN is seeking a Labor and Delivery travel nurse for a 13-week assignment in Marshall, Michigan. The RN will work 12-hour night shifts, 36 hours per week, in a travel role with tax-free stipends and rapid placement considerations.

The ideal candidate has 3 years of acute care experience, BLS and NRP certifications, and a readiness to support mothers through labor, delivery, and immediate newborn care. Prior experience with epidurals and cesarean prep is valued.

Qualifications

• 3 years of recent acute care experience.
• BLS and NRP certifications.
• Willingness to travel and work 12-hour night shifts.

Responsibilities

• Stay with and monitor patient throughout labor.
• Monitor contractions and assist with breathing techniques.
• Assist physicians with epidurals, pain management, and delivery prep.
• Provide immediate care to newborns after birth.
