Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a Travel Nurse RN for Labor and Delivery in Owasso, OK. This 13-week assignment offers nights, 12-hour shifts, and a 36-hour week with competitive pay and strong clinical support.

The role emphasizes obstetric care, maternal and fetal assessment, and collaboration with the care team to ensure safety and high-quality outcomes. Travel experience preferred; benefits included.

Qualifications

• One year of recent Labor and Delivery RN experience.
• Active RN license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC) and NRP certification.

Responsibilities

• Assess maternal and fetal health and monitor labor progress.
• Administer medications and provide postpartum care.
• Collaborate with obstetricians, anesthesiologists, neonatologists and staff.
• Monitor fetal status and perform fetal monitoring interpretation.
• Respond to obstetric emergencies per evidence-based protocols.
• Document care and participate in quality improvement initiatives.
