Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing-Nursing seeks a Travel Labor and Delivery RN for a 13-week assignment in Owasso, OK. This role covers 12-hour night shifts, 36 hours per week, and provides an opportunity to impact obstetric care while enjoying travel benefits.

You’ll bring 1 year of Labor and Delivery experience, an active RN license, BLS, NRP, and preferred certifications. Comprehensive pay, benefits, and support are provided by Fusion to travel clinicians.

Qualifications

• One year of recent Labor and Delivery RN experience.
• Valid RN license per state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).
• NRP Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Communicate labor and delivery procedures to patients and families.
• Administer prescribed medications and assist with labor, delivery, and postpartum care.
• Prepare equipment and assist physicians during labor and cesarean sections.
• Provide immediate postpartum care and newborn assessment.
• Educate patients and families on postpartum recovery and newborn care.
• Collaborate with obstetricians, anesthesiologists, neonatologists and other team members.
