Amergis Healthcare Staffing, Inc. is seeking a travel nurse RN in Labor and Delivery for a 13-week assignment in Port Arthur, Texas.

The position requires a current RN license, Labor and Delivery experience, and a 12-hour shift with 36 hours per week. The role offers weekly pay, a travel-friendly package, and the opportunity to work in a dynamic maternity care setting while meeting all applicable regulatory requirements.

Formación

• Current Registered Nurse license within the state of practice.
• One year of Labor and Delivery clinical experience within the last three years preferred.
• Current CPR if applicable
• TB Questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable
• Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation)
• Must meet all federal, state and local requirements
• Must be at least 18 years of age

Responsabilidades

• Provide nursing care in the L&D setting using the nursing process and clinical judgment.
• Monitor Mothers' vitals and assist during the birthing process.
• Educate patients and address psychosocial needs after delivery.
• Coordinate patient care with the healthcare team to ensure quality outcomes.
