Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a Travel Labor and Delivery RN for a 13-week assignment in Everett, Washington, starting 09/28/2026. This role offers 36 hours per week with night shifts and comprehensive benefits, plus competitive pay and support from a dedicated clinical team.

Ideal candidates have 1 year of Labor and Delivery RN experience, a valid RN license, BLS, and NRP certification, with a strong commitment to patient safety and teamwork.

Qualifications

• One year’s recent experience as a Labor and Delivery RN.
• Current RN license in compliance with state regulations (WA).
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).
• NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) Certification.

Responsibilities

• Communicate labor and delivery procedures to patients and families.
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments.
• Prepare equipment and aid physician during labor, delivery, and examination of patients.
• Provide immediate postpartum care, including assessment and stabilization of mother and newborn.
• Educate patients and families on postpartum recovery, breastfeeding, and newborn care.
• Collaborate with obstetricians, anesthesiologists, neonatologists, and other team members to deliver cohesive care.
• Respond to obstetric emergencies using evidence-based protocols.
• Document patient care, assessments, and interventions in the medical record.
