• On-call responsibilities required.
• Float as a sitter and rotate as needed.
• Collaborate with physicians, patients and families to provide care.
• Document care and nursing procedures accurately.
• Administer medications and perform nursing treatments.
• Provide discharge planning education and evaluate needs.
• Respond to emergencies promptly.
