American Traveler is hiring an experienced Interventional Radiology RN for a day-shift hospital assignment in Ohio. Candidates must hold an active Ohio or compact RN license and have at least 2 years of IR experience.

The role requires circulating and scrubbing in IR procedures, dysrhythmia management, and readiness for on-call shifts. Fingerprinting and travel considerations are part of the onboarding process.

Qualifikationen

• BLS and ACLS certification required.
• Minimum 2 years IR experience required.
• Education from ACEN or CCNE accredited program.
• Skills in circulating procedures and dystrhythmia management required.
• Experience with cath lab procedures, Swan-Ganz monitoring, scrub procedures, EP procedures; triage preferred.
• 2 professional references from leadership (not coworkers).

Aufgaben

• Work in the Interventional Radiology unit of a hospital setting.
• Day shift schedule, 4x10 hour shifts from 7:30 AM to 6:00 PM.
• Every other or every third weekend coverage as needed.
• Floating may be required.
• On-call requirement of 2 shifts during the contract.
• EPIC EMR experience preferred.
• Circulating and scrubbing for IR procedures; manage dysrhythmias as needed.
• Complete Ohio fingerprinting promptly after signing the contract due to timelines.
• Travel to fingerprinting location for out-of-area candidates; local candidates paid at same rate.
• Former employees may return as travelers after 6+ months away.
• Current employees of any OSU hospital location are not eligible to work as travelers.
• RTO must be requested at consideration and limited to 7 days or less.
• First-time travelers may be considered with specific IR or RPR skills.

• Experience with cardiac cath lab procedures, pulmonary artery line/Swan Ganz monitoring, scrub procedures, electrophysiology procedures, and triage preferred
• 2 professional references required, with at least 1 from a Manager/Director or formal leadership role and the second from a Charge RN, no coworker references accepted

• Former employees are eligible to return as travelers after being away from the facility for 6 months or more
• Current employees of any Ohio State University hospital location are not eligible to work as travelers
• RTO must be requested at time of consideration and built into the contract, limited to 7 days or less
• First-time travelers may be considered if they have specific IR or RPR skills
