Job summary

American Traveler, LLC. seeks an experienced registered nurse for a high-acuity Interventional Cath Lab assignment in Texas. The role requires 3+ years cath lab experience and an active TX or compact RN license.

You will work in the hospital Cardiology-Cath Lab performing LHC, RHC, TAVR, and structural heart procedures. The 13-week assignment offers daytime shifts and requires US residency and a local address.

Qualifications

• TX or compact RN license is required.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications (AHA) required.
• Minimum 3 years of recent cath lab experience required.
• Nursys license verification required within 30 days prior to start.
• Current license and primary source verification required within 30 days prior to start.

Responsibilities

• Work in the Cardiology-Cath Lab unit of a hospital setting.
• High acuity cath lab caring for heart failure patients, some peripherals and PEs.
• Primarily performs LHC, RHC, RHC with EMBX, TAVR, and structural heart procedures.
• 13-week assignment with scheduled shifts from 07:00 to 17:30.
• Provide direct patient care for complex interventional and structural heart cases.
• Must have a US Social Security Number and a US home address.
• Radius rule applies, allowing local candidates at a reduced rate depending on facility location.
• COVID-19 vaccination is not required.
• Candidates should discuss contract extensions with their manager at least 45 days before the assignment end date.
