Job summary
Consumer Directed Services Inc. is seeking a Registered Nurse for travel staffing opportunities in underserved communities.
You will provide compassionate, evidence-based nursing care across all phases, collaborating with physicians and interdisciplinary teams. The role requires an accredited nursing degree, an active RN license (multistate if applicable), and at least one year of nursing experience including six months in travel nursing.
Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
- Current unencumbered RN license and multistate licensure if applicable.
- At least one year of nursing experience and six months of travel nursing experience.
- Residence at least 60 miles from the work location and maintenance of required certifications and competencies.
Responsibilities
- Perform nursing assessments and provide individualized patient care.
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to plan, implement, and evaluate care.
- Practice within full scope of nursing expertise and adhere to standards.
- Provide care across all phases—from preventive care to diagnosis, treatment and follow-up.
- Coordinate care, conduct patient assessments, educate, triage, and perform nursing interventions.
