Job summary

Talented Medical Solutions is seeking an ICU travel nurse for a 13-week night-shift assignment in Globe, AZ. You will work with a high-acuity team caring for complex patients including post-cardiac procedures and respiratory failure cases.

Responsibilities include ventilator management, hemodynamic monitoring, and rapid response to evolving conditions, with limited time off during the contract and call/holiday coverage required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of nursing experience, including critical care.
• Active RN license and current critical-care competencies.
• Strong ventilator management and hemodynamic monitoring experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage ventilators, BiPAP/CPAP, and high-flow oxygen therapy.
• Initiate and titrate vasopressors, sedatives, and other critical-care medications.
• Perform hemodynamic and telemetry monitoring and interpretation.
• Manage sepsis, central lines, arterial lines, and chest tubes.
• Administer blood products and support rapidly changing conditions.
• Float to Med-Surg, Telemetry, Step-Down, and Observation units as needed.

Ready for your next ICU challenge? Take your critical-care skills to Arizona for a 13-week night-shift assignment. Join a high-acuity nursing team caring for complex patients, including those recovering from cardiac procedures and those experiencing respiratory failure, sepsis, DKA, AKI, and unstable arrhythmias.

Assignment Highlights

• Night shift: 7:00 PM–7:00 AM
• 12-hour shifts with call requirements
• 13-week contract starting November 2, 2026
• Critical-care ratios as low as 2:1
• Broad clinical exposure: ICU, cardiac, and complex medical cases
• No more than 3 days of time off may be requested during the contract

Your Responsibilities

Requirements

• Current critical-care competencies and ability to manage high-acuity patients
• Availability for night shifts, call, and holiday coverage
• Flu vaccination required; no exceptions
• Permanent residence must be more than 100 miles from the facility
