Job summary

Sentara Northern Virginia Medical Center in Woodbridge, VA is seeking a Registered Nurse for a hospital float role covering IMCU/STEPDOWN, ICU or ED with a third shift (nights). This 14-week travel assignment requires a minimum of 2 years of recent bedside RN experience in acute care settings.

Candidates must hold an RN license in Virginia and have current ACLS, BLS, NIHSS; EPIC experience is strongly preferred. The role offers comprehensive benefits and a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• RN degree required (ADN, BSN or MSN).
• Valid Virginia RN license.
• ACLS, BLS, NIHSS current.
• EPIC experience strongly preferred.
• Must have at least 2 years of recent bedside RN experience in IMCU/ICU/ED.

Responsibilities

• Assess/admit patients and perform nursing assessments.
