Job summary

Sentara Northern Virginia Medical Center in Woodbridge, VA seeks a Registered Nurse traveler for a 14-week days assignment in the Stepdown/IMCU unit. The RN provides skilled nursing care using the nursing process and collaborates with the care team to achieve optimal patient outcomes.

Requirements include an ADN/BSN/MSN, Virginia RN license, ACLS/BLS, and NIHSS. Epic documentation experience is required. This position supports travel nursing with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 2 years of recent bedside RN experience in inpatient surgical/Med/Surg
• EPIC documentation experience required
• ACLS, BLS, NIHSS certification/competency required

Responsibilities

• Provide competent nursing care using the nursing process
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to coordinate care
• Document assessments, plans and interventions accurately in EPIC
