American Traveler, LLC. is seeking an ICU/CRN traveler for hospital-based critical care in Washington state. The RN must hold an active WA or compact license and possess at least 2 years of ICU experience, with Epic EMR proficiency.

The role features night shifts (4x12s, 19:00–07:00), patient ratios of 1:2 in ICU and 1:3 in PCU, and requires floating across units and facilities within the state. Open to candidates willing to travel and meet the housing/benefits expectations.

Responsibilities

• Work in the ICU/CC unit of a hospital setting
• Night shift schedule (4x12 hours, 19:00-7:00)
• Patient ratios of 1:2 in ICU and 1:3 in PCU
• Floating required between units and between facilities within the state
• Weekends required based on unit needs
• No on-call responsibilities
• 48-hour work weeks approved
• Provide critical care nursing services within the ICU setting
• Must be willing to float to other units and facilities within the state as needed
• Former permanent staff must wait at least 3 months before returning as a traveler and must live outside a 50-mile radius of the facility
• Minimal to no RTO accommodated for this position
