American Traveler is seeking an ICU nurse for a CVICU assignment in Florida. The role requires an active FL or compact RN license, NIH Stroke Certification, and BLS/ACLS without expiring soon, with at least 2 years in CVICU.

The 13-week assignment runs day shift from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM and targets travel candidates outside a 50-mile radius. USSSN and DOB are required for consideration, along with two professional references.

Qualifications

• Active FL or compact RN license required.
• Minimum 2 years of recent CVICU experience required.
• Current BLS and ACLS certification (AHA or ARC accepted), not expiring within 30 days of start.
• NIH Stroke Certification required.
• No employment gaps of 90 days or more within the past 12 months.
• US Social Security Number and DOB required for consideration (no Canadian SSN accepted).
• Two professional references required for Florida-based positions.

Responsibilities

• CVICU/Cardiovascular ICU unit within a hospital setting.
• 13-week assignment.
• Day shift schedule from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
• Provide critical care nursing support to cardiovascular ICU patients.
• Must reside outside a 50-mile radius of the facility; no local candidates accepted.
• First-time travelers may be considered.
