Job summary

TALENT Software Services is seeking a skilled RN for a travel Labor & Delivery assignment in Morristown, NJ. The role targets high-risk patients in a hospital setting, requiring ACLS/BLS and an active RN license. Night shifts run 7 PM to 7 AM. Qualifications

• ACLS and BLS certification required.
• RN license required.
• Experience with high-risk pregnancies in large hospital facilities.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients across growth stages and deliver direct nursing care.
• Maintain accurate patient records and document nursing process and progress.
• Ensure patient safety and adhere to HIPAA guidelines.
• Educate patients pre- and post-operatively and answer questions.
• Assist with vaginal deliveries and cesarean-related care in high-risk unit.
• Follow unit protocols and transfer patients using safe techniques and proper body mechanics.
