Job summary
HealthTrust Workforce Solutions has partnered with Lifepoint Health to offer travel nursing opportunities across a nationwide network. This role is based at Fauquier Medical Center in Warrenton, VA, for 8, 10, or 13 weeks depending on facility needs.
Nurses will provide comprehensive care in a hospital setting as part of a supportive team. Requirements include at least one year of acute care experience, a current state nursing license, and relevant certifications.
Qualifications
- Minimum of one year acute care hospital experience.
- Current state nursing license.
- Appropriate certifications as required for specific position.
- Degree from an accredited school.
- Demonstrate code of conduct and compliance policies.
- Ability to communicate clearly in English.
Responsibilities
- Perform plan of care interventions including medication administration, specimens, and treatments; document care.
- Monitor patient condition and communicate with care team, physicians, patients, and families.
- Collaborate across disciplines for coordinated care, including transfers and discharges.
- Evaluate learning needs of patient and family and provide education.
- Advocate for the patient’s physical and emotional well-being.
