Self-scheduling and shift/weekend differentials enhance scheduling flexibility for day shifts. RN responsibilities follow ANA standards, including patient assessment, care planning, medication administration, and family education.

Qualifications

• BSN preferred for this RN role.
• All Diploma and ADN hires must complete a BSN within 60 months or have 5+ years RN experience.
• Associate's Degree or Diploma in Nursing is required for stroke care roles.
• Graduate from an NLN/CCNE accredited program.

Responsibilities

• Collect health data, develop, implement and evaluate patient care plans.
• Identify outcomes and create individualized, evidence-based care plans.
• Initiate treatments, medications and IV therapy per orders; provide family education.
• Document progress and assess patient outcomes; ensure safety and quality care.
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team on patient care and improvements.
