Job summary

HonorHealth seeks an experienced RN for its Internal Travel Program across Phoenix locations. This 13-week travel assignment offers potential extensions and a weekly pay of up to $2,943, plus Medical/Dental/Vision and PTO eligibility.

Self-scheduling and shift/weekend differentials enhance flexibility as you provide high-quality patient care. As part of a large Arizona nonprofit health system, you’ll work under ANA standards, develop care plans, educate patients and families, and collaborate

Qualifications

• BSN preferred or 5+ years RN experience required
• Arizona or compact state RN licensure required
• Experience in stroke or critical care settings is advantageous

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care guided by ANA standards and manage medications and IV lines
• Develop and follow patient care plans and document progress
• Educate patients and families on illness management and home care
• Precept and mentor staff; support professional development
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality patient care
