Job summary
FirstChoice – Trinity Health's mobile staffing solution seeks experienced RN professionals for part-time, day-shift assignments. RNs float across hospital sites, delivering care within licensed scope and managing priorities in dynamic settings.

Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
- Valid RN license in the applicable state.
- 18+ months of recent Med/Surg/Tele/PCU experience; 2+ years for other specialties.
- Credentials per specialty (ACLs, TNCC, BLS, PALS) must be maintained.
Responsibilities
- Float across hospital locations and regions as needed.
- Apply nursing process: assess, identify outcomes, plan, implement, evaluate.
- Act independently within license and scope of practice.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to improve quality and outcomes.
- Maintain flexibility and handle multiple priorities.
