Job summary

FirstChoice – Trinity Health's mobile staffing solution is seeking experienced Registered Nurses for flexible, premium pay assignments across Trinity Health Chelsea and surrounding locations. RNs float to multiple units, with day shifts and 3x12 hours, offering regional opportunities and per-diem travel possibilities.

Requirements include RN license in applicable state, 18+ months in Med Surg/Tele/PCU or 2+ years in other specialties, and current ACLS/BLS/PALS credentials.

Qualifications

Must be a graduate of an accredited nursing program.
Current RN licensure in applicable state(s).
Minimum 18 months recent clinical experience for Med Surg, Tele, PCU; 2+ years for other specialties.

Responsibilities

Float throughout hospital/regions as needed.
Assess, identify outcomes, plan, implement and evaluate care.
Act independently within license and scope of knowledge.
Maintain accountability for delegation, decisions and outcomes.
Collaborate with stakeholders to support quality and outcomes.
Demonstrate agility and willingness to take on new responsibilities.
