Job summary

MercyOne West Des Moines Medical Center in Iowa is seeking experienced RNs for FirstChoice Trinity Health staffing assignments. This part-time, night-shift role offers premium pay and flexible scheduling with travel and per diem opportunities across the system.

You will float across locations, apply core nursing processes, work independently within your license, and collaborate with stakeholders to improve outcomes. Start dates are flexible and a commitment to high-quality care is required.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
• Current RN licensure valid in applicable state(s).
• Minimum 18 months of recent clinical experience for Med Surg, Tele and PCU.
• Minimum 2 years of recent clinical experience for all remaining specialties including Critical Care, Surgical Services, Maternal Services, Emergency Department and Behavioral Health.
• Required credentials per specialty (e.g., ACLS, TNCC, etc); BLS/ACLS/PALS must be through American Heart Association

Responsibilities
