MercyOne Dewitt Medical Center in Iowa is seeking an experienced RN for FirstChoice travel nursing opportunities across the health system, including regional assignments. This part-time, 12-hour night shift role offers premium pay, flexible scheduling, and access to per diem travel across multiple sites.

You will float across departments, adhere to nursing standards, collaborate with stakeholders, and deliver high-quality patient care while maintaining clinical autonomy and professional growth.

Formación

• RN graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• Valid RN licensure in the applicable state(s).
• 18+ months of recent clinical experience for Med Surg/Tele/PCU; 2+ years for other specialties.
• Credentials per specialty area (ACLS, TNCC, etc) including BLS/ACLS/PALS via AHA.

Responsabilidades

• Float throughout hospital and/or multiple locations/regions.
• Assess, identify outcomes, plan, implement and evaluate care.
• Act independently within licensed scope and experience.
• Delegate, make decisions and own outcomes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to improve quality and outcomes.
