Job summary

Adventist Health Bakersfield is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse in the Emergency Department. Join a fast-paced, high-impact team delivering life-saving care during day shifts on 12-hour schedules (36–48 hours per week).

Qualifications

• Active RN license to practice in California.
• BLS/CPR certification required.
• 2+ years of recent Emergency Department experience (3+ preferred).
• Strong clinical judgment and ability to work under pressure.
• BSN preferred.
