This role supports coordinated nursing care for a patient group within an emergency department and may involve supervising and directing the activities of varying levels of nursing staff, while coordinating with other disciplines using professional judgment and critical thinking.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• Active RN license in California (orlicensure eligible in CA per current regulations)

• Ability to work 12-hour night shifts and navigate a high-acuity ED environment
• Proficiency in patient assessment, documentation, and interdisciplinary collaboration
• Willingness to participate in a 13-week travel assignment and adapt to a dynamic ED schedule
