Talented Medical Solutions is seeking an experienced ER nurse for an in-office role in Bakersfield, CA. The position supports professional development and offers a stable, on-site work routine with multiple engagement options (full-time, part-time, contract, temporary).

Responsibilities include high-quality emergency care, rapid triage, accurate EHR documentation, and collaboration with physicians and care teams to maintain throughput and safety.

Qualifications

• RN license with current ER or acute care certification
• 2–5 years ER nursing experience
• Strong throughput targets while ensuring patient safety and care quality
• Infection control, safety standards, and regulatory compliance
• ACLS/TLS/ATLS certification
• Proficient in EHR documentation and triage systems
• Effective communication with team members, patients and families
• Commitment to continuous learning and evidence-based practice
• Experience using data to identify ER workflow improvements

Experience/Qualifications

• Active RN license with current ER or acute care certification
• Minimum 2–5 years ER nursing experience as a registered nurse
• Ability to meet throughput targets while maintaining patient safety and care qualityStrong critical thinking with rapid assessment and treatment planning
• Demonstrated infection control, safety standards, and regulatory compliance
• Advanced cardiac and trauma life support certification (ACLS/TLS/ATLS)
• Proficiency in EHR documentation and pediatric/adult triage systems
• Effective communication with physicians, teams, patients, and families
• Commitment to continuous learning and evidence-based practice
• Experience using data to identify process improvements in ER workflows
