American Traveler is seeking an experienced ER RN for a night shift at a 25-bed critical access medical center along the Oregon coast. The role requires EPIC experience and current ACLS/BLS certification.

Candidates must hold an Oregon RN license, have 3 years of ER experience, and prefer BSN with acute care exposure. EPIC charting will be documented in employment history as part of the application process.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted RN license in Oregon.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications required.
• Minimum of 3 years of ER experience, within the last 3 months.
• BSN and acute care facility experience preferred.
• EPIC charting experience required and must be documented in employment history.

Responsibilities

• Work in the Emergency Department of a 25-bed critical access medical center.
• Night shift 6:30 PM to 7:00 AM.
• 36-48 hours per week.
• EPIC experience required.
• Deliver coordinated nursing care using the full nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, evaluation).
• Supervise and direct nursing staff while coordinating care with other disciplines.
• Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure safe, humane care.
• Provide patient and family education and participate in discharge planning.
• Vaccinations up to date as a condition of employment with medical/religious exemptions considered.
• Candidates with >5 days RTO will be declined.
• Candidates with any license adverse action will not be considered.
• Local candidates accepted; local pay rates match travel rates.

Responsibilities

• Work in the Emergency Department of a 25-bed critical access medical center
• Night shift schedule from 6:30 PM to 7:00 AM
• 36-48 hours per week
• EPIC experience required
• Deliver coordinated nursing care using the full nursing process, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation
• Supervise and direct various levels of nursing staff while coordinating care with other disciplines
• Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure safe, humane, and effective care
• Provide patient and family education and participate in discharge planning
• All required vaccinations must be up to date as a condition of employment, with medical and religious exemptions considered
• Candidates with more than 5 days of requested RTO will be automatically declined
• Candidates with any prior adverse action on their license will not be considered
• Local candidates are accepted with no radius restriction, and local pay rates match travel rates
