American Traveler, LLC. seeks an experienced Emergency Department RN with 2+ years of ED experience and an Oregon RN license to provide care across the full spectrum of patient acuity.

Requirements include an active Oregon RN license and an active Oregon CNA license in hand, BLS/ACLS/NIHSS with ENPC or PALS, and Epic EMR proficiency. Travel and housing perks are included, with a 3x12 schedule and possible floating within the Salem Health system.

Competenze

• Active Oregon RN license required (pending licensure acceptable at time of submission).
• Active Oregon CNA license required and must be in hand (pending CNA licenses not accepted).
• Minimum of 2 years recent Emergency Department RN experience required.
• BSN preferred.

Mansioni

• Work in a General Emergency Department serving combined adult and pediatric patients.
• High patient volume and acuity environment.
• Level 1 or 2 Trauma Center experience preferred.
• Evening shift (3x12 hours, 14:00-2:30) or Night shift (3x12 hours, 18:00-4:30) with variable start times between 1400-1800.
• 36 or 48 hour weekly schedule options available.
• Epic EMR experience required.
• Floating may be required within the facility or to nearby affiliated facilities, with priority float location being West Valley Hospital (approximately 15 minutes away).
• Provide quality patient care across the full spectrum of needs and acuity levels within the Emergency Department.
• Candidates may only be submitted to one position within the Salem Health system; additional unit preferences must be noted at time of initial submission.
• RTO must be finalized prior to consideration; requests submitted afterward may result in removal from consideration or contract cancellation.
• Block scheduling is not accommodatedFormer Salem Health employees are not eligible for assignments until six months have passed since their termination date.
• Assignments generally begin within 3-4 weeks of the current date.
• Refusal to float may result in contract cancellation.
• First-time travelers are not specified as eligible for this role.

American Traveler is seeking an experienced Emergency Department RN with a minimum of 2 years of recent ED experience and an Oregon RN license to provide care across the full spectrum of patient acuity.

Requirements

• Active Oregon RN license required (pending licensure acceptable at time of submission)
• Active Oregon CNA license required and must be in hand (pending CNA licenses not accepted)
• Minimum of 2 years recent Emergency Department RN experience required
• BSN preferred
• Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS, and either ENPC or PALS
• TNCC certification preferred
• Epic charting system experience required
• Skills in IV therapy/phlebotomy, starting and maintaining IVs, and blood product administration
• Experience administering emergency medications and monitoring procedural sedation
• Experience with cardiac monitoring, dysrhythmia interpretation, and obtaining 12-lead EKG/ECG preferred
• Experience caring for ventilated patients and administering continuous IV paralytics/sedation preferred
• Triage experience required
