American Traveler is seeking an experienced Emergency Department RN for a night shift assignment in Kingwood, Texas. This 13-week assignment offers 36 hours per week (3x12s) with a 4:1 patient ratio and no on-call or floating.

Candidates must have TX or compact RN license, BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC, and at least 1 year of acute ED experience. Start ASAP; pay is $2,200 per week plus benefits.

Qualifications

• Active TX or compact RN license required.
• Current BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC certifications required.
• Minimum 1 year of recent acute Emergency Department experience required.
• No employment gaps of 90 days or more within the past 12 months.

Responsibilities

• Provide ED care during night shift with a 4:1 patient ratio.
• Perform IV starts, blood draws, resuscitation, EKGs and related ED procedures.
• Work with a full night team including charge RN, 10 RNs, 2–3 techs, and unit secretary.
• No on-call or floating requirements.

Assignment Overview

Actual start date is typically 3-4 weeks from time the offer is received. Start dates are determined based on facility needs and credentialing requirements.
